About Grace

Hi, I'm Grace.

Therapy that understands your story.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, particularly if you've felt misunderstood or worried that your cultural background or life experiences won't be fully appreciated.

At Renewed Minds, I offer a warm, confidential space where adults from all backgrounds are welcomed with empathy and respect. I have a particular interest in supporting people from ethnic minority and culturally diverse communities, recognising how culture, identity, family expectations, migration, discrimination, and life experiences can influence mental health and wellbeing.

Together, we'll develop practical strategies that reflect your individual values and goals, helping you move towards lasting emotional wellbeing.

Services

Where would you like
to begin?

Anxiety & Stress

When worry feels relentless and your mind won't slow down, therapy can help you understand what's driving it — and find steadier ground. We'll work together to build practical tools and lasting calm.

Depression

Low mood, loss of motivation, feeling disconnected from yourself — these experiences are real, and you don't have to carry them alone. Therapy offers a space to be heard, and to slowly find your way back to life.

Life Transitions

Relationship changes, career shifts, bereavement, identity — major transitions can leave us feeling unmoored. Together, we'll make sense of where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How we work together

Therapy tailored to you, not a template.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Change how you think. Change how you feel.

CBT is one of the most well-researched approaches for anxiety and depression. We explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours — and work to shift unhelpful patterns into ones that serve you better.

1
Identify unhelpful thoughts
2
Challenge & reframe them
3
Change behaviours gradually
4
Build lasting new patterns

My Approach

"Therapy isn't about fixing you — it's about helping you remember who you already are."

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. My practice is built on genuine curiosity, deep respect, and the conviction that change is always possible — at any age, in any season of life.

FAQ

Questions you
might have.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here are answers to the things people most often want to know before reaching out.

The free 30-minute consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. It's a chance for you to share a little about what's brought you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working together feels right. There's no commitment required.

Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes. I offer a concession rate of £45 for those on lower incomes — please mention this when you get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps build momentum and consistency. As things progress, we can move to fortnightly or monthly sessions — always at a pace that feels right for you.

Yes. All sessions are available online via a secure video platform, so you can access support from anywhere in the UK. Many clients find online therapy just as effective as in-person — and often more convenient.

There's no fixed answer — it depends entirely on what you're working through and what feels helpful. Some people find significant relief in 6–12 sessions; others prefer longer-term support. We'll review regularly and you're always free to end or pause at any time.

Yes. Everything you share is held in strict confidence. The only exceptions are if I have serious concerns about your safety or the safety of others — and I would always aim to discuss this with you first wherever possible.
